How it started

Built from the ground up, Pacific Northwest Design and Build is a family-owned business rooted in partnership. Jared and Brenda Peck married in 1997 and began a shared journey to support their family. Today, they bring their individual talents to every project, pairing Brenda’s love for design with Jared’s lifelong building expertise.

Deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest, Jared and Brenda built their very first home right on Whidbey Island with Jared's dad. Following years of rigorous hands-on experience and professional education, they founded PNDB in 2016. Today, their combined specialties give PNDB the unique ability to seamlessly mesh design and construction into a beautiful finished product.
